Packed house at BAR last night.  Many Christmas parties going on at once.  When I heard Timmy was gonna be playing electric last night, I became really excited.  Figuring he was using the BAR gig as a warmup for the Seth Yac sit-in later on, I was also psyched to hear "Electric Boomers".

Personally, I don\'t like the Boomers as much with Timmy on electric guitar (not to mention that he didnt even touch the bass last night. Nor Adrian the guitar).  It seemed to me that the, space timmy usually has to play is extremely limited with him on electric.  When he is playing the Taylor, he has much much more room to move and create within the songs.  The Boomers in their current line-up is definately not conducive to electric Timmy.  I am not saying that the show sucked or anything, but you could see the patience and restraint on Timmys face during moments.  Now there were some shining moments as well....including a sweet Me and Bobby McGee, Midnight Moonlight, Whole Lotta Love, and Tangled Up In Schu....

After the BAR show, Chris and I headed up to Porters to catch the SYB show.  Let me just say that Seth Yac could be the goofiest kid on the planet.  He plays a nasty guitar.  Chris Mandler put it perfectly last night "not only is Seth notey, like Tim, but he is also very chordy, which Tim is not".  And that is the truth.

"Ladies and Gentlemen....Grammy Award winner Chazz Palmentieri is here tonight"

Timmy was off the fucking scale last night.  He got up and played 2 or 3 SYB originals and Fairys Wear Boots.  It was hilarious watching the interplay between Timmy and SYB.  There were moments of complete ecsctasy and moments of the sickest dirtiest fucking rock music ever played.  Watching Seth smile when he heard Timmy throw out a sweet fill, and watching Tim react to, not only Seth, but with the bass and drummer as well was great....  No rock star jumps from Timmy last night though there were moments I thought he was gonna.

Todd got some GREAT shots, or so it seemed, of the entire band groovin,  Seth in all his goofy sickness, timmy shreading, and Meatball sitting indian style (the entire time Timmy was out there) right at Seth and Timmys feet like he was preying to the gods of sick rock and roll music.
I stepped into a nightmare. Noticed you were right there. - Doozer

Thanks BEOTCH!!!! If I wanted to hear from the peanut gallery, I would have gotten a can of Planter\'s nuts when I went shopping this evening!
