pencilgrass Update - Jun 08, 2005:
Dearest reader,
Why oh why do I procrastinate on these weekly e-mails? What could my reasons possibly be? Am I afraid of commitment? I mean, once a show date is out there, the show must go on (Speaking of which, be sure to keep reading for info on SHOW DATE CHANGES!!!). Perhaps I fear the opening paragraph...the chore of finding something new to say...something that will grab you and make you care about what follows. Would I be better off just jumping right in? I mean, what\'\'s with the fluff? You don\'\'t need this...you never asked for this. I better do some serious soul-searching. And now....

IMPORTANT SHOW NOTE!!!
The observant ones out there will note that there is no Bar show this month, though one had been planned for June 22. Why not take this oppurtunity to come see Rob, Gers, and Juan in their other project, The Mountain Movers, down at Galapagos in Brooklyn on the same night (June 22, for those without short term memories...don\'\'t worry, we won\'\'t ask...). This also means that TOMORROW is your big chance to catch P!Grass in New Haven (at the ol\'\' Cafe Nine). The Nine shows are equally as legendary as the Bar shows, and anyone who wishes to brag 20 years from now to their children about how they used to be cool and even saw pencilgrass before they exploded into superstardom shouldn\'\'t miss it.
Also, the July 15th and 16th shows are being moved around, so stay in touch for info on that.
Also also,,,there is a new Pencilgrass myspace site available for viewing at:
http://www.myspace.com/pencilgrassmusicI have yet to see it...so be sure to tell me how it is.
Finally, Good Luck to Gorman Bechard who\'\'s movie \'\'You Are Alone.\'\' premieres this weekend. If you listen carefully during the bachelor party scene you will realize why this info is relevent. Check out
youarealone.com
for more info.
C\'\'est tout
