Warning: Sappy Sox Fan Stuff

Believe in Schilling\'s courage. Believe in Big Papi coming through in the clutch. Believe in Varitek\'s leadership and Cabrera\'s glove. Belive in D-Lowe. Believe in Foulke\'s change up, Johnny\'s hair, Billy\'s guts, Manny\'s bat, and Millar\'s spirit. Believe in Trot going all out and Bellhorn breaking out. Believe in this team. Believe in Game 7. Believe...

What really got me w/ Shilling is that he was willing to have surgery during the playoffs! He had tissue surgically placed in between his weakened tendons in order to be able to even use his foot. That is fuckin\' dedication to your team!!

The more I learn about baseball the less I know. Good for both teams.

breakfast play the freakout on friday 10/29... what are the chances of there being a world seires game that night?

you went to bed?  i enjoyed hearing about 30% then 40%  then 50% of the fans getting up and going home!  maybe this would be a good time to get cable tv.

Curse can still be in FULL Effect. God I hope so! I look 4ward each year to watching all of NE flip out for the Bosox only to watch them fall flat. Well gotta give \'em kudos for the greatest baseball playoff comeback EVER but here\'s to the Cards OR Astros to keep my hopes of the Bosox flailing alive!

That\'s just plain mean.

No it wasn\'t. I can understand why u would think so. Every chance I get to dog the bosox I will. When they broke my heart in \'86 I swore that I would root against them til I die. Luckily for me the Mets beat them in the Series that yr. and I have been throwin\' chicken bones since to help the curse every year. I hate the bosox more than the Yankees.I can at least respect The Yankees for the pure fact that they win. All the bosox have ever shown me until this year is that they are a bunch of also rans who love to whine and cry abt The Yanks spending $$$$.

There goes a home run from Biggio. I was on a softball team and they used to call me Piggio.

Funny, I always saw them as a team with an enormous amount of passion for the game. Players with heart.

Because a team isn\'t winning you can\'t be a fan? That\'s just ridiculous.

Of course you always saw them like that. They\'re YOUR team.
As for a team not winning and fandom, Lady you\'re talking to a lifelong Angel fan.The difference is the Angels have never bitched and moaned abt losing to a team due to payroll.

I think it\'s more the fans than the players who bitch about payroll.
