Does anyone know if the calendar is correct in that the Cafe 9 shows are going to be on Sat & Sun and not Fri & Sat??  Any info would be appreciated.

Does anyone know of a hotel that is close to Cafe 9? I\'m thinking about flying out from California for the two days.

I just checked and the omni has rooms for 209.00 a night

and

the New Haven has them starting at 99.00 a night

I guess we could see if they have a group rate if others are interested. The New Haven and Omni are with in walking distance of cafe 9

Anyone interested ?

Check out the Holiday Inn, probably cheaper.

I\'m gonna do my best to make it out for this! It means quitting my job two weeks early but, eh?!

So I just discovered, much to my delight, that the riding competition I have the weekend of the 9 shows (it\'s in Millbrook, NY)is only about an hour and a half away from New Haven. So, looks like I will see yas at least of of the two nights. :) yippy skippy

I may be due for a triumphant return to the venue that nearly destroyed me a couple months ago.  I still got the battle scars to prove it.  If you\'re looking for a place to stay, I found a relatively cheap place to stay right off the highway in East Haven.

So who\'s getting me in?

Is there a video or audio crew in need of assistance that will be arriving at the venue before they start taking tickets and checking ID?  Or maybe just somebody who looks a lot like me with a spare ID?

Is it just me, or am I the only one getting psyched for these shows?  With just over a week to go, it seems mighty quiet round here....
