I: Great Big Fiery Ball In The Sky > Dig, Cut Me Some Slack, Escher\'s Etchings* > Cosmic Spaceway Ryhme, Shakedown Street > Attraction To Shade Ditty > Inner Glimpse, No Regret, Gravity

II: Tribal Funk Affliction, See The Light > LDZ > Phaddy Boom Baddy, Question Mark And The Mind, Beef Barley, Buquebus, What The Funk > Mooboo\'s Voodoo (Episode 2)**, Born To Be Wild

* with \'I Can See Clearly Now\' tease.
** with \'All Things Reconsidered\' (Phish) and \'Close Encounters Of The Third Kind\' teases.

Well, it\'s 3:30AM, I just got home to Manhattan, and I\'m the one starting the Cafe 9 thread.  Staven apparently needs to go to bed!  Not this wolf!  Deuce 2nd set was ser.  Good Gravity jam first set and a decent jam into Attraction but not too crazy.  A good set, but 2nd set made the show.  Great STL and a techno-groove happy Buquebus.  Ron went straight for the driving dance bass line at the start of the first jam, it was ser kid.  Get me a beer kid.  Definitely worth the price of admission.  Speaking of which...

I sold my extras for face value tonight, but I also saw at least 10 people get turned away.  Tomorrow night I will become the first person to ever scalp a PB ticket for profit.  Usually I would support the scene and sell only for face and blah blah woof woof, but this is the first ever scalped PB ticket and we gotta see how far we can take it!  $60 for tomorrow\'s ticket!  Also, Walsh and I will be creating the band\'s first lot scene, complete with sales of beer, ramen, and my specialty heady tofu nori rolls.  We need people to sell drugs and rocks to complete the lot.

Number Nine?  Number nine....

depends on which clock you are looking at.  according to the clock in the bar they came on at 10:30 but the time in the outside world was 10:15.  They ended the set bar clock time just before 2 actual time 1:36

any of you guys see that kid eat gravel outside?

what a lovely first impression I gave to some of yous.  Thanks Duane and everyone else that helped me through my issues.  Would\'ve like to have seen more of the show, but my health comes first, plus I gotta drive all the way back tonight, so it\'ll be ok.  I managed to turn a friend onto the Breakfast last night, so it was all worth it.

Ya know when Phish performed Hoist, they did it because they were proud of their new creation and the direction it had given them.
It has been awhile since Duece was released but i feel that maybe the guys feel they have reached a playing level high enough to do this album justice live. As u all may know I love Duece http://www.pbfans.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=602&highlight=DUECE+BEST
and am fairly bummed @ having missed it AND Inner,No Regret, and Shakedown. Nevertheless I take solace in the fact that The Breakfast has fans that TAPE events like this right ?

No segues at all in the second set?  I imagine that it only looks disappointing on paper, but it seems a bit odd.
