Magzines are good if you have the following:

1. A very sucesful corporation with captial.
2. A magazine idea that has not been done and will appeal to a mass audience.

You will make very little profit and most likely just break even. Its a nice outlet for your company if you can afford it. Who knows, maybe one day it will be Relix who?

The Rolling Stones: Good tunes, but not a "great" band.

Aretha Franklin: Singing "Respect", originally an Otis Redding tune about women respecting their men... not exactly how it\'s thought of today.

U2: I don\'t like them.  Maybe they belong on the list, but not ahead of Neil Young, The Doors, The Who and The Clash.

Nirvana: For the 1,000,000th time, WHAT DID KURT COBAIN DO?

Prince: Just the fact that he\'s not ahead of Nirvana...

Patti Smith: Apparently Rolling Stone needed an extra woman to make this list PC.

Oh yeah, AND WHERE IS THE GRATEFUL DEAD?
Go see your Breakfast, there are starving Leiths in California

Miles Davis? Wow, I assumed this was just a list of rock and roll bands. If it were to include jazz musicians, that would open a whole can of worms. Miles Davis certainly wouldn\'t be the one and only jazz artist on there!

"artists" - Miles was an Artist. So I think they should have added "artists" from all genders.
