Oh man! I didn\'t even think to take pictures of that! I was in a blind panic  spitting liquid sugar and ants all over my coffee table, remote control, and cell phone.

I don\'t believe I know this story, and I find that sad based on this description.

:wtf2:      Cool!
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash

went to buy a wet suit, they had a sign for "free socks ($50 value) with (brand) suit purchase!" so I ask when I get to the counter. he goes "Really!!!?" like it\'s a mistake, then checks it on the floor, shrugs and brings me over to another shelf. they don\'t have my size. so they have to swap out for a better brand of sock. he pulls out a tape measure to get my calf size, then says "you\'re a 16" and gives me a container. These even better, $59.99 socks are made for professional athletes and only come in sizes 12-20 inch calfs, so apparently I\'m doing pretty good if I\'m right in the middle. supposedly cuts down on lactic acid creation by 29% and decreases perceived effort by 25%" who knows. considering how much a wet suit costs I see it as a decent deal, but seriously, who would normally buy $60 socks!

you have to love shopping in the westport/greenwich area.

Gigantic Belgian Monster Cows
« Reply #794 on: May 31, 2009, 11:05:03 am »
Originating in 19th century Belgium by crossing local cattle with British cattle, the Belgian Blue cattle are gigantic bovine wonders. Their enormous size and muscle mass, sometimes called "double muscling," is a naturally occurring mutation of the gene for myostatin, a protein that regulates muscle growth. This mutation results in accelerated lean muscle growth.
