Most threads on PT Biscuits are badly in need of generalized care

Anyone who is making the trek from Ct. to Philly, please let me know. Im trying to come from Chicago to New Haven for the Kung Fu show and looking for a ride to Philly to check this out as well. If anyone can provide a ride, i\'ll make it worth the effort. Thanks

This venue has a history of not promoting or even posting concerts on its website. A couple years ago, the Mike Gordon Band was scheduled there, but it was never posted on the Arena website. A day or two before the event, it was moved to a much smaller club. Rumor was that no one knew about it, for obvious reasons.

So far, I haven\'t seen this show listed on the Arena website. I\'m not sure how much this will affect turnout, but I\'m sure it will be very important for us to continue talking about this (It sounds like you guys are doing your share and I beg that this doesn\'t turn into a management bashing thread.....just sayin\').

The epic nature of this show coupled with the lack of late-night, apre-phish activities could lead to a great crowd, if the word gets out!

sjell ... you sound local to the venue... have you got posters to hang up? Facebook is a pretty neat tool for getting people excited and organized to hit up an event. Get some buzz goin :)

Phantasy Tour Phish thread should probably get bumped with positive comments from time to time. And assuming the show kicks ass, which I\'m sure it will, with comments about how much the guys from Breakfast killed it that night after the show. Lots of people are reading PT: Phish now that they\'re about to tour again.

Good looks. peace!

And who\'s got a ride for DJ Dizzy K now? Sorry man I can\'t swing these shows on weekdays :/

Sorry. I live about an hour outside of Philly...and I\'m a busy/old(ish) guy who hasn\'t kept up with facebook and the like (i know...lame age excuse).

I love the Breakfast and always bring some people to shows and spread the word in PA (and beyond, in the old days), but I won\'t be able to help much beyond that. I just wanted whomever it may concern to understand what they may be dealing with, from my limited experiences with the Arena.

Thanks for the suggestions, though. I hope someone runs with them!

Is this a full Breakfast gig or Power Trio?

Should be a full house to impress and it would be nice to give them all of The Breakfast.

I believe the entire band will be there

If not it\'s a fucking joke.

Jordan has a bikini wax that morning, I don\'t know if he\'ll be prepared for the all night of playing

Are there even handbills printed? I know there is a poster design but am not sure if it was circulated in advance to fans who would be willing to pass them around.

I\'ve offered to print stuff several times in the past but nobody\'s ever taken me up on it  ... too late now for this one though I need at least a week\'s notice.

That\'s fucking BRUTAL.
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash
