faggy as in geeky/uncool not gay. girly as in high pitched to the point where it could be a woman singing. homo as in his dance moves were weird and geigh (crotch grab anyone?). and queer as in his costumes were strange, shiney, tight, and overall yea...pretty gay in bad way.  dude was pretty fruity lets face it.

I just never liked his style. always thought it was weak.  I remember being like 8 years old and laughing at one of his hit videos with my mom because it was so lame and he was such a freak.

Have to agree. Liked bits of the Thriller album as a young teenager, but as I got older it didn\'t do anything for me. It\'s just mass-produced teenie fodder. And I agree wholeheartedly about all the stupid screaming and crotch-grabbing.

And before I get the "racist" comments levelled at me, some of the greatest musicians ever to grace the planet were black - just as a starter, think of all the folk and bluesmen, then hendrix, Sammy Davis Junior, the true soul singers of the 60s like Otis and Aretha etc. It\'s just that more recently, ie since MJ\'s golden period onwards, with the exception of Prince and Franti, I have yet to hear any black act whose music actually does anything for me.

Say what you will, but if I\'m with a lady wanting to move I\'ll take a lot of his dance grooves before most others. Don\'t Stop \'Til You Get Enough, Rock With You, Workin\' Day And Night, Get On The Floor, Off The Wall, Wanna\' Be Startin\' Somethin\', Thriller, Beat It, Billie Jean, and (especially) P.Y.T. are classic dance tunes. Again, I don\'t give a shit that he\'s dead, I think it\'s for the better. But with death comes review, and he was famous for his music and entertainment. He was the shit on stage, and was almost always backed by a live band.

Also, if it weren\'t for MJ there would be no Jamiroquai, and that, my friends, would fucking suck. Stevie Wonder> Michael Jackson> Jamiroquai is how I look at it musically. Three gems on my playlist.

Micheal Jackson couldn\'t carry Princes yellow assless pants.  Prince is was and always will be a better song writer, musician, producer, singer, dancer, basketball player and pancake cook then MJ ever dreamed of being.
