it pretty much doubled in size from year 1 to year 2, but then they had to postpone it last year. i think the promoters had a kid/family something occur.

i heard that the car parking is over where todd, mandler and robyn camped the first year, so its not as far away as i thought it\'d be. that makes going for a couple days, leaving for phish and coming back much less of a hassle. so, that\'s cool...

:inky: If that\'s true, it\'s not fair!  I wanted that spot for camping, not full of cars! :(

ah well, I guess having two big stages definitely makes up for that ;)

yeah, when there was talk of shuttles, i though the cars would be parked up next to that entrance cabin place near the lake, making running to and from the car a pain. if they\'re closer, then it makes the whole thing a lot less of a hassle. as my buddy said, \'it ain\'t marvins mountaintop or anything, things are actually close at the cove!\'

Me and Brittany are in for this. Klout is coming too. Looks like a great festival (a la Sterling Stage) but more fun since it\'ll be in the middle of the summer and there is a lake! Can\'t beat $75 for a 2 day pass.

just make sure you pre-order!! otherwise $75 becomes $125.

i\'m still trying to figure out how to make this happen... i really wish they had one day tix available. driving 2+ hours away for phish means missing all the decent bands on saturday and probably not driving the 2+ hours back from merriweather.... $75 for friday evening/night is a bit much.... well, where there\'s a will, there\'s a way!

I think I\'ll have to wait for The Backwoods Pondfest; we got our weekend camping tickets for $30 each...
