No crickets here. The Lakers are the best team in the NBA and the Celtics are hideously overrated. Well, they were before their recent slide. Now, they\'re just mediocre.

Go Lakers!

<<<< I watched the last two games and i don\'t know who is out there for the Celtics.  I don\'t even recognize them.  It\'s like someone replaced the Celtics with these dudes who kind of look like them, but definitely aren\'t them.  I cannot explain why this is happening to them.

But am I worried?  Hardly.  I don\'t see them possibly losing a 7 game series to any eastern conference team.

FUCK A BUNCH OF celtics. They suck and they will be lucky to get by the Cavs and they sure as hell will not beat the Lakers this year.
Great Christmas game you bunch of fucks. That sent the celts spiraling to where they are now and with that shitty bench and an old Big 3 I don\'t see it getting all that much better. Sure they\'ll win their division but that\'s all this year. Enjoy your one and done crown celt fans.

Lakers just schooled Prince James and the cavs by 17.
Not so hot w/o LeBron on the floor.
Laker Bench Mob just too strong!

How about 42 points and 15 boards for Andrew Bynum. Now do it against a good team. Go Lakers!

Nice to see Bynum step up against the Spurs.
With Farmar back, everyone went back to their natural positions and the result was that the only starter to play in the 4th was Pau.
Nice road trip coming up at the end of the week and the team is on a roll.
 Go Lakers!!!!!!!!

Celtics DOMINATING again.  At one point the score was 64-32.  KG only played 24 minutes and they whopped a playoff bound Dallas.

Dude Dallas is in the 8th spot and horrible. They will be lucky to make the playoffs.

Seriously Leith- turn off Brokeback Mountain, and check SportsCenter for a second.  In the past week the C\'s have absolutely humiliated 2 of the top 8 teams from the West like the 92 Dream Team pounded Angola.

the lakers have a ref monopoly in the NBA.  Bynum should be suspended and fined for a malicious, injury inducing foul.  IF Okafor or Diop did that to Kobe, they\'d have been arrested for assault per Stern...

I missed the game due to work but watching the video that is not a malicious foul, flagrant yes, not malicious. To say so shows a lack of understanding how to protect the paint and make sure others do not want to.
It\'s a bummer dude got hurt pretty bad but hey that\'s just bad luck.

Let\'s just say I can\'t wait for more of this from Bynum. It\'s about time he asserted himself.

there are a few camera angles of the foul.  the one from the baseline directly under the hoop shows two things...
1.  Wallace is heading to the rim, and a foul there is intended for him to miss the basket completely.  We see this all the time, and reply when a player makes the basket, "if you\'re gonna foul, FOUL him!" The act of fouling i dont have a problem with... but...
2. he fouls with an intent, not just to stop him from scoring, but to take him out completely, with no regard for safety.
Walton was whistled for a flagrant in the Spurs game where he pulled down PArker, but it was changed as there was no maliciousness involved.  This was a "AAU" mentality foul, in that he\'s sayin get the fuck outta my lane.
plain and simple it was dirty

go celts
