Artest would be in prison if not for the NBA.

Well, the Celtics redeemed themselves.

Sort of.

They won, but the majority of the team didn\'t have it together.  EXCEPT Eddie House coming out of nowhere and carrying this game.  Allen, a little better. Which makes me believe we\'ll see a stand out game from him in Game 3.  He\'s working up to it.

Easily one of the best postseason performances of Kobe\'s career. And it also didn\'t hurt that the Lakers actually hit their three\'s. Fisher gets ejected for being a veteran who sticks up for his teammate. Artest gets ejected for being Artest.

Yay Pau. Fuck Yao. Go Lakers!

Why does Ben Wallace earn close to $15 million?  His stats do not justify anything near that figure.

its still his old contract from when he was one of the better big men in the league, now he\'s garbage
break it down, simplify

Cavs looking reeeeeeeal good.
Nuggets looking like they want some of the Lakers in the Western Finals.
Magic looking good against a tired celtic team and The Lakers are just starting to rev the engine.

I said Lakers in 6 against Houston but I now agree w/ Pitchie Lakers in 5.

When Farmar hit the deck to snag that loose ball, which led to a Lakers\' basket, you had to have a great feeling about the way that game was gonna go.

Go Lakers!

It\'s pretty simple what happened to the Celts last night.  Orlando out shot them.  Plain and simple.

We\'ll see what happens tomorrow...not nervous yet....they are only behind 2-1.

Uh Duh!

Down 2-1 and getting worn out and more tired each game. To not be worried about the celts after watching that game is ludicrous and myopic.

I still think they have the heart to win this series.  Tomorrow\'s game will tell the true tale.  If they lose tomorrow, that\'s it.  Its dunzo.

So a team finally decides to force somebody who isn\'t a future Hall-of-Famer to hit a big shot.. and Glen Davis delivers twice. The Celtics have reclaimed home-court advantage for the rest of the series, and it\'s pretty tough for me to pick against them right now. Celtics in 7, but, with playoff experience behind them, the Magic will join the Bulls in 2009-10 as the most dangerous teams in the Eastern Conference playoffs.

And out west, I am very impressed with the Rockets. They had a choice to turn the loss of Yao Ming into either motivation or an excuse to mail it in, and they went with motivation. Regardless, Lakers in 6.
