My browser won\'t show the list, but my narrowed down guesses are:
Beach Boys - Pet Sounds
Frank Zappa - Hot Rats
Michael Jackson - Thriller
Queen - A Night At The Opera
Neil Young - Tonight\'s the Night
Fleetwood Mac - Rumors
Allman Brothers - eat a Peach
Boston
Bruce Springsteen - Born to Run
Blind Faith
Yes - the Yes Album
Kiss - Alive II
Black Sabbath - Paranoid
David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust
Bob Dylan - Blood on the Tracks
Beatles - Rubber soul
Rush - Moving Pictures
Jimi Hendrix - Electric Ladyland
Led Zeppelin IV
the Who - Who\'s Next
Zappa - Apostrophe
My preferences are bolded, but all the rumors that I\'ve heard lean towards Boston...
I\'m taking Bruce out of the equation for a couple of reasons...
1. Bruce is doing shows now that are playing complete albums, which include Born To Run, Darkness and Born In The USA.
2. I\'m not sure who in the band could really handle the vocals. That album had a low, deep, growling feel to it and really none of the other cover albums they\'ve done have been in that range vocally.
3. They just sat in with Bruce at Bonnaroo; that would fit all too nicely.
At this point, I\'d like to see them play Pet Sounds, but I\'m thinking that wouldn\'t set the right mood for Phans...
