great to see so many people last night. sorry i missed some of you guys.

i was honestly a little disappointed with the first set, however, second set was quite satisfying. totally didn\'t expect to hear a possom after it had just been played in jones beach. fluffhead = wonderful. loved the contact/julius encore.

cops in mansfield fucking suck.

really wishing i went tonight.. looking FAR superior to last night.

:that:
switched my camden for a great woods due to getting a real job and not wanting to show up to work all wook-like in the morning. wish i was down there! ugh.

Amazing week on tour (w/ a few work days mixed in too) ;)

Really a full spectrum of experiences from the Space-Bus to getting soaked at Jones Beach to finally getting that ideal lot day up at Mansfield.

Musically I don\'t really know what else I can ask for.  They played better than I expected and got 4 shows w/ a lot of diversity.  Great to hear the old favorites and there is a lot of potential with some of the new songs (Fenway TTE and JB2 Ocelot to name a couple...really really like Ocelot).

Jones Beach night 3 was my favorite show, but again I liked how the 4 shows I saw really complemented another...especially how Mansfield complemented JB 2 and 3.  I can see how if Great Woods was your only show you might be dissapointed, but I thought it was great.

It\'s unbelievable how many people I got to see and hang with this weekend.  A lot of faces that I don\'t get to see on a regular basis.  I feel priviledged that Phish is a part of my life and by extension has lead to a lot of great friendships and relationships.  Thanks again to everyone who made this week what it was

Cheers.

one of my closest friends took the family (wife 3 kids). He ws bitching about cost and he was still pissed about the last fest. I had been asking him if he was going to go (he is in philly). So I asked him this morning and he went.

He was able to get a few kickdowns in the lot so he and the family could see the show. They had a blast. He said all things considered the lot was mellow but a really killer show.

Coincidentally when i woke up yesterday I looked out my window only to see 4 phreaks loading their cooler. I ran to the stereo loaded up a 1998 YEM and cranked it. figured I would send them on their way to camden in style.

Glad everyone is having a good time with Phish on tour.

the encore from last night looks really sweet...

new song, bouncin, antelope, tweeprise

everyone had to be thinking show was over during bouncin then went nuts when they busted into lope and tweeprise is the ultimate end to any phish show imo

only the n00bs.  Especially considering they played Tweezer in the second set.

Although it\'s been a rare occurance in the recent past, I think that it would be naive to assume that you are going to get a Tweeprise whenever Tweezer is played.  Below are examples of show where that was the case.  I think a better argument would be that in the 20+ time they\'ve played Bouncin\' during the encores, it was never the last encore...

What a great week (8 days, whichever). To sum up with one of my awesome reviews thus far:

I have come to the following conclusion after 6 Phish shows in 8 days:

I am completely out of shape, sweat way too much (last night was 4 times as bad as Tuesday, ask DP how it was Tuesday), love the rain and need to invest in a pair of sneakers (blisters forming on the bottom of both my feet, not fun).

With all of the above stated, I have come to the following conclusions about the upcoming week:

I am very thankful the Knoxville show is indoors (please have AC, please please please). My over/under on the amount of times I collapse due to heat exhaustion: 6.5. My over/under on pounds lost due to sweat and the workout of walking around/dancing/etc: 33.4. "Will Ant be able to walk next Monday evening and/or Tuesday morning?" YES (+320) NO (-245). I am personally screwed, but I do not care whatsoever.
"Okay everybody, for my next miracle, I\'m going to turn water into funk!"

only went to jones beach day 3 and mansfield, but i think the third show at jones beach was def the sickest night thus far. however camden last night looks pretty good, im gonna have to listen to it.

I must say cops were f-in rediculous at both venues, little disheartening.

great phish though, almost forgot how much i love that band
break it down, simplify

Is it that the cops are doing their jobs and busting people for doing things that they let go in the past or are they being exceptionally rough?
