From APNEW YORK - A New York City man is charged with making fakecredentials for major sports events and concerts, along with policeand fire parking placards. Jerome Knauer was arrested Thursday. The Brooklyn districtattorney\'s office says he\'s charged with forgery and possession ofa forged instrument. His computer templates allegedly included a Stanley Cup lockerroom credential; staff tags for an All-Star Game; a Super Bowlpress pass and a TV access card for a 2007 Marlins game. It\'s not clear whether any were used. The National Football League, National Hockey League, NationalBasketball Association and Major League Baseball have beennotified. The prosecutor said Friday that the name of his attorney was notyet on record.
