Patriots over Cowboys (though Tampa Bay is going to be this year\'s "team you don\'t want to see in the playoffs")

Cheifs over Seahawks

Also sets a record for the biggest year to year drop in super bowl ratings.

This is karma biting us in the ass for all those times we ran up the score last year.

Everyone please take a moment to pray for the health and well being of Tom Brady.

Thank you.

Welcome to the ranks of the rest of us who lose our starting quarterback in the first 3 weeks of the season.  You\'ll get no sympathy from this Jet fan.

i never knew securing a win meant running up the score.  if i was getting paid some odd millions i would not care about shit except playing my best game ever.

I\'m not talking about the karma of running up the score, but all that perfect season blah blah blah.  I\'m tired of it all.  At least this is news coming from Patriots camp that I can be somewhat interested in.

If I recall correctly, this is the first time since I can remember that Tom Brady was NOT on the weekly injury report before the game.
This isn\'t who it would be if it wasn\'t who it is.

Not looking good for you Pats fans

2008 New England Patriots w/o Brady= 9-7 at best

"Although no test results had yet to be revealed, one Patriots players went so far as to tell ESPN analyst Trent Dilfer after the game, "Cassel\'s our quarterback for the rest of the year."

Patriots coach Bill Belichick addressed the team after the win and told Cassel that if he is called upon, he will be counted on to step up and help the team.

The Patriots will bring in quarterback Chris Simms for a workout Monday. Sources told ESPN\'s Chris Mortenson journeyman Tim Rattay will also be brought in for a workout. When the Patriots drafted Brady in the sixth round in 2000, the decision was between Brady and Rattay. The Patriots took Brady because he is taller (6 feet 4 to Rattay\'s 6-0)."
