WOW, last night was KILLER!! I was really hoping for a STL all day and when they busted into it, I was so happy. Last night was the first show in a very long while that I had no clue about the setlist. Adrian was on fire coming off of playing two gigs earlier in the day. He\'s a frickin\' mad man. I\'m loving Metropolis and IAQ more and more each time I hear them...and I really loved them from the start.

I passed out at least a hundge fitty of Toad\'s passes at the end of the night to LOTS of newbs saying they wanted more!!

My opinion of The Sound skyrocketed after my first live listen last night... I guess that means I should stop bashing The Living Daylights until I hear it live.

Do you have the demo w/ studio version?

If not I\'ll burn it.

I\'ve heard it; I don\'t have it, though. If you think of it, please bring a copy on Sunday if you\'re heading down. If not, I\'m sure I can track it down elsewhere.

Also, See the Light = BEST BREAKFAST SONG. There, I said it.

great show.  i wanted to hear metropolis live so i was glad they didn\'t waste any time getting to it.  i liked it much better live, it has a lot of potential to go to some crazy places.  i don\'t really like the sound until it gets to the jam, once it\'s there, forget it.

i figure since they played stl in utica i wouldn\'t see it, glad i did, great version, and i do miss and wish they\'d un-invert it once in a while, but who cares, best song they play?  probaby, there\'s other songs that have better parts, but as a whole you could make a strong argument about it being the best.  taboo was a definite highlight that had the room full of new faces bouncing like crazy, there wer a LOT of new faces there.

i can\'t decide what i liked more, the huge and amazing tuange with the perfect wedge tease that certainly had me wondering if it was gonna happen or the rufus that blew the goddamn roof off the place, not that it matters.  i do have to say that iaq was pretty damn good it really kinda uses all of the best things that each member brings to the band, really impressive shit.

they all looked like they were having such a good time playing, such huge smiles on their face, great crowd, good vibes, my old friend from high school manages the place as i came to find out, and he says he\'s never gonna have a cover for any band that plays there, he says people are more likely to see something for free and appreciate it that much more when they see a band as good as the breakfast.

also we have my retarded friend tom to thank for the price is right, he asked tim and adrian outside and then kept yelling it in tim\'s face, maybe they played it to shut him up.  who cares, i think it\'s safe to say that everyone there had a great time...
