Space City Affair presents The Beatles A-Z

While I\'m all for these shows and think it\'s a really cool idea, these should be breakfast shows, not side projects. The band seems to be growing alittle as of late, and needs to keep playing as much as possible to pick up all those moe. fans who are going to be looking for a new band to follow.

That being said, I still hope to make it down for one or two of these shows, they sound very interesting.

you mean instead of show 1 being A-D show 2 being E-H (or something to that effect) ect... doing A-Z every night and spreading it out?  I like that idea.

Making free (or at least cheap) discs of Breakfast and Timmy Tour shows available at these gigs should be a huge priority for the dotINFO community. While I don\'t imagine that these shows will be overly representative of Breakfast shows, this is definitely a great way to get people to listen to Tim Palmieri. And as we all know, Timmy Tour is a gateway drug that often leads to Breakfast shows.

i know a bunch of kids who dig TT way more than Bfast. its the whole "Bfast = too many notes/ too in your face" thing. Some people just jones for acoustic stuff :shrug:

The Beatles A-Z for Breakfast

The Breakfast’s Tim Palmieri will perform the entire Beatles catalog in alphabetical order---from "A Day in the Life" to "You Really Got a Hold On Me"---over the course of five summer nights in Milford, CT. For the mammoth undertaking, Palmieri will be joined by former Breakfast bassist Ron Spears and mandolinist Sean Miller, as well as a handful of special guests. The trio will perform at Milford’s Daniel Street each Sunday in August, running through more than 215 songs.

"It\'s really just celebrating everything that they\'ve given us," Palmieri said in a statement. "I absolutely feel all of these songs from the inside to the out."

Palmieri also promises unrecorded Beatles songs like George Harrison’s "Not Guilty" and Paul McCartney’s "Come and Get It" and will broadcast the Fab Four’s solo work over the venue’s PA between sets.

The Beatles A-Z will take place at 6 PM on August 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31. Meanwhile, The Breakfast will perform at Kearny, NJ’s Donegal Saloon this Friday.
