@ RUSH

Playing with money – risking it all
The rush is worth – taking a fall
Dealers rotate – don’t give a damn
Whether you win – or lose a grand
Cut the cards – give me an ace
Sometimes great hands – kick you in the face
Few chips up – I’m almost there
Shit, a deuce – I kick the fucking chair

Rush – It’s not as bad as it seems
Rush- Free drinks and comped rooms with hundges
Rush - So black jack it is
Oooh - Sorry chip I got beat with twenty

Winning free money – always a blast
Especially when – you leave real fast
Victory ride – anxious for home
Driving defeat – I piss and I moan
Tell her you won – she’ll give you a kiss
But when you lose don’t tell her shit
The rush of gambling – addicting indeed
But I’m damn good and I will succeed

Rush – It’s not as bad as it seems
Rush- Free drinks and comped rooms with hundges
Rush - So black jack it is
Oooh - Sorry chip I got beat with twenty

I love this song and I have heard a lot but never knew it was about gambling. I like the lyrics.... did they play this at crystal bay? I\'m too lazy to look up setlists right now
i think it\'s turning back on me / i\'m down on the upside

Huh..

well the lyrics *sound* cool.

Writing a song about the rush of gambling though..... seems like junk subject matter to me. But then again I think gambling and casinos are among of humanity\'s most deprived vices.

I\'m going to go back to thinking "Rush" is some kind of cool cocaine analog now :D

Adrian wrote this, right?
An honest tune, the little manimal is staying true to himself. I love it.

And the jam... ohhhhhh sweet, sweet Lucille.
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash

I think the guys should start doing commercials for Mohegan or Foxwoods eh?
This isn\'t who it would be if it wasn\'t who it is.

I was with Adrian the night this song was inspired.  He was down $1600 and FREAKING OUT!!!!!  In 4 hands he won it all back plus a few hundred...lol.   I dragged his ass out of there before he lost it all.............If I remember right he 3 black jacks and a double down to win it all back.

Oh......and that night we were at Mohegan to see???????        RUSH
