Buring CDs (n00b question)

Using Windows Media Player (the only tool on this PC) to burn music CDs, how do you set it to burn the CDs with the song information in the track? {Ie so that when the burnt CD is opened, the track reads "Puppetry" not "Track1.cda"}

i use a different program that lets you put it in the file name
