Just noticed the perennially hapless Tampa Bay Devil Rays are off to a good start.

Yeah never thought I\'d hear Steinbrenner say, "The Yankees need to start playing like Tampa Bay."

nice win for the metsies today. that play at the plate was fantastic. totally changed the momentum of the entire game. we need to start playing better than .500 ball though.

i also never thought steinbrenner jr. would say " the players are working for me and my brother, and they get paid more than us, that doesnt seem right"  something or pretty close to that.  what a prick

Right-hander Justin Masterson will make his second start for the Red Sox on Tuesday, coming up from Double-A Portland. Bartolo Colon, the 2005 American League Cy Young Award winner who signed a Minor League contract with Boston in February, will make his Sox debut on Wednesday, coming up from Triple-A Pawtucket

It\'s not etched in stone, but I think we certainly have a plan," Francona said. "But barring weather, which looks nice, or injuries, Masterson will start on Tuesday, then he will go back [to Portland], and Colon will start on Wednesday. Both pitchers have been spoken to. They understand that this is in all likelihood what\'s going to happen, but if weather gets in the way or something happens, that can change."

Well, as has been already stated, the Mets have thread water throughout most of the season.

But boy does it feel good to watch them clobber the shit out of the Yankees.

Jon Lester pitches a no-hitter!  It sure is fun being a Red Sox fan!  Don\'t you wish you were a Red Sox fan too?  Imagine how much fun you could be having.
