I agree Paul, but I would also bet that Yankee fans reach to all corners of the country and a lot of the rest of the baseball world.  I consider myself lucky to have grown up in an area where there\'s such a team as the Yankees with such a rich history.

Yep I\'m not even going to bother with the virtual waiting room this year...I really want to go to Opening Day at Fenway though, but I think you have to register to be picked just for a chance to buy tickets.

Well I put my computer on at 10 since I was here anyhow, but there is of course no expectation whatsoever.

Probably wouldn\'t have made any difference anyhow. Guess the scalpers will get my business again this year.

Could someone let me know when Yankees tickets go on sale? It seems as though they have their Flex Pack tickets on sale now but not single game.

I have never been to Yankee Stadium so it\'s kind of important for me to do that this year...

An Analysis of the Career of Roger Clemens
By Hendricks Sports Management, LP | Randal A. Hendricks | Stephen L. Mann | Bret R. Larson-Hendricks

This report will evaluate the career of Roger Clemens, one of the most successful pitchers in major league history. It will examine both the quality and quantity of his pitching over the course of his 24-year career. As of the 2007 season, Clemens was one of the twenty-nine active major league players who were at least 40 years old. Of those twenty-nine, eighteen were pitchers, and twelve of those were starting pitchers.

The Twins have just traded Johan Santana to the Mets for outfielder Carlos Gomez and pitchers Phil Humber, Kevin Mulvey and Delois Guerra.

As a Yankees fan I applaud the deal.  It keeps our prospects in house while keeping him away from Boston.

Congrats Mets fans, you got an ace.

Holy fuckin\' shit!

Wow. I never could have possibly imagined that the Mets would get Santana without losing Reyes, or any established major-leaguer that matter.

Now all they have to do is lock up that left arm for the next five years.

Let\'s Go Mets!

They still have to agee on a 6-7 year contract extension and he has to pass a physical. I wouldn\'t be too concerned with the physical but he\'s looking to get $150 million for 6 years, which is no gimme.

I\'m really hoping for a Peavy/Santana showdown at Shea this August!

Go Padres!

Good, she\'s annoying. I\'d be ok with her if she never opened her mouth.

Also, registration for the chance to purchase Opening Day, Right Field Roof Deck, Green Monster, and Sox/Yankees tickets started today.

She annoyed me for a really long time, then I stated to like her.  Hazel Mae is much more annoying than Tina.
