Bryant hits a three that he has no right hitting to make it 103-101, then misses as good a look as he could have possibly had in the final seconds. But O\'Neal, and his poor free-throw shooting in the fourth quarter, cost the Lakers this game. He didn\'t have a field goal down the stretch, either. The Kings went completely cold for about 5 minutes mid-to-late fourth quarter and Los Angeles couldn\'t fully capitalize. Payton missed a relatively unopposed layup that would have given the Lakers a four-point lead shortly before Bibby nailed two three\'s. The Kings shot 12-of-23 from beyond the arc. They\'re too just talented to stay cold forever even though they were playing without 3 of their key players. The Lakers had to match them in the final minutes and couldn\'t. For some strange reason, Devean George played virtually the whole fourth quarter. See you in Sacramento for games one and two of the Western Conference Finals.
