Looking forward to Darren Aronofsky\'s The Wrestler
Didn\'t know this was an Aronofsky film, I love his work.

Watching The Freshmen right now, I forgot about this movie, classic.

Benjamin Buttons sucked. Don\'t waste your time or money. First hour was endearing and enjoyable, last 2 hours made me want to hang myself. The trailer is enough.
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash

Valkarie.

Great story.
Okay cast.
There were two horrible actors:
Tom Cruise and Bill Nighy.

On a much lighter note:
24 Hour Party People, that was a hilarious movie.
Apartheid: A policy of segregation and political and economic discrimination.

Slumdog Millionaire was amazing. A movie that sounds terrible if you ask, "what is it about?". "What does it say?" on the other hand, is a fantastic question.

Looking forward to Darren Aronofsky\'s The Wrestler and, on a lighter note, the new Friday the 13th.

Slumdog Millionaire won four Golden Globes last night (including Best Picture: Drama) and Mickey Rourke won Best Actor for The Wrestler.

I agree.  Tom Cruise was just horrible.   He can\'t fit into a drama piece correctly.

I\'m dying to see Revolutionary Road.  That\'s definitely going to happen this week, especially after Kate Winslet\'s win last night.

What\'s it about?

Also, if you are looking for good recent movies about nazi germany i would recomend Downfall and Sohpie Scholl.

Really excellent.  A movie hasn\'t made me think like this since There Will Be Blood.  Very well written, directed, acted.  Nothing you see is by accident, every last detail in the film has  purpose.

And to make it clear the movie has very little do to with wrestling.  I haven\'t been a pro wrestling fan since I was 12, and I enjoyed the movie a lot.
