i\'m not sure its all on the producer. the industry has been compressing albums relentlessly over the past few years. and the rising, for example wasn\'t this compressed. if it was the producer/bruce\'s idea, however, its a damn shame! missed out on one of the most comforting parts of listening to his albums. like his voice and the song structures are defining attributes, so has been the actual
sound of his albums. when you saw bruce and e street on the cover, you knew how it sounded on the inside. and now the songs are structured correctly, clarence is blowing it right, bruce sounds great, but there\'s no room or warmth in it. everything not only doesn\'t
need to be the same volume, it
shouldn\'t be the same.
