Gamehendge is the coolest idea I\'ve ever heard.  That would be absolutely crazy.  If they advertised that they were going to do it, a sellout would be a 100% guarantee.  No brainer.  Best publicity idea for the Breakfast EVER.
I wonder...
Possible Gordon sitin?  He\'s probably chillin nearby.

Besides this is the only band I can think of that would have the balls and talent (well Ron may not have the balls) to cover a Phish album in Phish\'s homestate.
pwned.

Ive always thought it would be interesting (i dont know if a band has ever done this) to play a show where everyone in the band (including the drummer) is facing directly away from the audience.  It would make for a very interesting show where the crowd and the band would need to be totally focused on the music itself, rather than what the band/crowd is doing.  Maybe its been done before, but i think it would be cool to see what would happen.  Any thoughts?
Pearl Jam does that every time they play Last Kiss, buit that\'s only for the 1 song and they do it more for the people who have tickets behind the stage than to ignore those in front. Also, anyone who plays a show in the round would be playing with their back to the audience at one point or another throughout the night.

Eh...I think Gamehendge would be a bad idea.

Rift is my favorite Phish album ever, so I would love to see them do that, but...I might want to see Lawn Boy a little more, just to see them do Reba and Antelope....  They can skip Squirming Coil though, I hate that song!

The reason I suggested gamehenge is because, to me, studio albums don\'t do it for me with regards to jambands.  That\'s just me.  Maybe they should cover Thriller! :duck:  All of us could be barking up the wrong tree with the band covering phish for the FF - they could cover a multitude of bands.

im still sticking with rift...in my opinion it has a more halloween feel to it, it is a very mysterious album with very spooky tracks.  Plus there are more songs on it, and (besides reba) better overall writing in composed parts of the songs than on lawn boy.  Hearing the breakfast play maze would be insane...it would be a great way to showcase matt\'s talents on organ, and tim would rip on the solo.  It\'s Ice is one of my top 3 favorite phish songs, and it would be incredible to hear them play it...although parts of it are very tricky to play (im sure they would have no problem with some practice.  Not to mention Rift, MOUND, the wedge!, finishing with the horse>SITM, it would be the most complete, best overall album to cover, EVERY song on there is quality (haha lenthwise would be halarious).

The song I would most want to hear on Lawnboy would be SOAM, no question.  Actually now that I look at lawnboy, the songs on there allow for more jamming than the songs on rift.  Yeah I guess either one would be sweet.

im staying with a friend at UVM.

2 questions: 1. do members of the band ever look/participate in these forums?  2. has there ever been any mention by the band of covering ANY album at all for halloween, or has anyone mentioned to the band that it would be a cool idea?
