I was wrong. Wednesday is the start of the weekend. I am backing out and making excuses because of my ailing health and want to keep myself fresh for the run.


okay i lied.  no italian at 4 am. but i might have leftovers from miso.    Get some sauce ready for tomorrow though.


no worries. but there was sauce cooking last night, smelt delicious.

till then......


Damn it.....

hmmmm....ill see you tonight.....
