It\'s a brainstorm thread. No idea is too simple or too complex. If an idea differentiates them from almost every other band that\'s fine too, for example, they\'ve played 1000 shows or they started in high school. Go.

1. They\'re from East Haven, CT.
2. They\'re Italian.
3. They played over 1000 shows in their first 7 years.
4. The guitar player is a foot taller than the drummer.
5. They had all their gear stolen the day after 9/11.
6. They started touring right after high school.
7. They once played a show in a UMass dorm that the chancellor of the University personally called the cops to end after 3am.
8. The drummer is an incredible Italian chef.
9. The guitar player played keyboards at the same time as guitar when they were in between keyboard players.
10. The fans do an NCAA bracket-style Tournament Of Tunes every year.

15. They have a lyric "Looking for roadhead."
16. Unless there\'s bands out there called "The Dinner," "The Lunch," "The Snack," or "The Fourth Meal," they\'re the only band named after a meal.
17. They have a Spears in the band that is musically talented.
18. They have an annual Halloween party incorporating the word "Fongoulish" in the title. (Is that even a word?)
19. They played their 1000th show on my birthday.
20. They\'re the only band I\'ve ever seen that has promised to "be good to my earhole"
21. All the thought provoking "Food for Thought" messages over the years.... what other band does that? My favs: "Honk if you enjoy silence," "If everyone fought in self-defense, there would be no violence," and "Be careful when dabbling in reality."

24. As derick pointed out, they can rotate between instruments and STILL BE GOOD. Lots of bands rotate instruments but then sound like crap.
25. They do a red hot chili peppers cover band on the side

funkadelic actually origianlly promised to be "good to your earhole", but Breakfast is good to earholes these days, not so much on the p-funk front.
