I figured it was already posted but was too lazy to read the thread.

Anyone else think Reggie Bush\'s career is in the garbage? I realize that in the 2nd half of the year he did well last year but he is anything but contributing to the offense as of now.

We will know in the coming weeks now that Deuce McAllister is out for the season with an ACL tear. The only thing going for the Saints right now is they have a bye week to try and figure everything out...that and they play in the NFC.

I know it\'s very early in the season but I just read an interesting stat. The AFC South is 6-0 against other divisions this year. All of their losses have come from divisional play. Besides the Patriots, no other team in the AFC East has won a game outside of their division.

5 teams are 3-0 [Patriots, Steelers, Colts, Cowbows, Packers]. With the exception of maybe the Packers, I don\'t think any of this comes as a surprise. I would expect all 5 of these teams to make the playoffs this year. The Patriots and Cowboys definitely look like front runners to meet in the Super Bowl.

Go Colts!

I have very little idea what is happening in the NFL right now. I have noticed a few good teams and some very dominate teams. I believe this is a very exciting for the NFL and something strange is going to happen, not sure what but I sense a very ser season.

Also, The Patriots seem to be rather dominate right now. Brady-Moss combo is awesome. Brady might have the best receiver he has thrown to right now. Good to see Moss playing and proving his talent. Let see what he looks like in Week 10, hopefully nothing goes wrong.
Love many, trust few and don\'t be late.

19-0: 15 to go

Remember that time earlier in the week, when you were working on convincing yourself that the Bengals might be able to outsling the Pats?  You actually thought this might happen.  Now it\'s the morning after and you\'re looking at the sobering reality that the Patriots just beat a good team, on the road, by three touchdowns.  NEXT!

Wolf, all I know is that this Sunday Jamal Lewis is gonna run through the Patriots defense like Jose Reyes runs through a stop sign and gets thrown out at home.

Browns 45, Patriots

I just have to say Moss\'s first TD catch last night... then one where he jumped over the defender, then contorted back around to land inbounds.

pwnage.

as a life long pats fan, i like to see them dominating like they are and am excited to see what will happen this season. but last night was rediculous. the espn announcers basically just kissed their ass for 2 hours last night to the point where even i was tired of it, they even admitted having a boy crush on brady. i can see why people hate the patriots because of this kind of crap. and do they really deserve the 16-0 talk yet, they are 1/4 the way there. lets save that talk for at least week 9 when they are halfway through their season
break it down, simplify

I do not intend on talking about any team going 16-0. I think it\'s like a no-hitter; you don\'t talk about it until the last out.

Hehe I love you Pitchie.  If I\'m not mistaken, the last time the Browns beat the Patriots was in the 1994 wild-card playoff when the head coach of the Browns was...Bill Belichick.

As for the rest of you, you certainly don\'t have to talk about anybody going undefeated, but you\'re gonna have to listen because everyone else is already talking about it.  The Colts were 1 play better than the Patriots last year, and since then the Patriots have gotten twice as good while the Colts have stayed at the same level.  Do you realize that the Pats\' 2 best defensive players haven\'t even played a down yet?!?!  They\'re already this much better than everyone else and they\'re adding 2 pro-bowlers to the defense in the next month.  A horrible game for the Pats would result in a 13-point win.  Look, the Colts are 2 touchdowns better than everyone else in the NFL, and the Pats are 3 touchdowns better than everyone else in the NFL, which makes the Pats one touchdown better than the Colts.  So that\'s 6 points, give the Colts 3 for being at home when they meet in week 9, so look for the Pats to be a 3-point favorite rolling into Indy.

I\'d hardly consider the Bengals a good team, Seth. Anyone who thinks they are/were a good team is living in 2005 when they actually had a somewhat respectable defense. Other than that, I can\'t argue with anything you say about the Pats and their quest for 16-0, they are extremely good, so good it\'s kind of sickening. But, hey, I\'m a Dolphins fan and I have given up all hope this season and next, maybe even 2009. I\'m rooting for the #1 draft pick! (which, for the record, if attained, should be traded away to obtain a good player and a 1st and 3rd round draft pick from the buyer, preferably a receiver). Hell, maybe they can get one of the Pats 2007 1st rounders. . .

19-0: 14 to go[/B]

You know what\'s funny?  The Boston College Eagles football team is about to enter the Top 5 for the first time in their history, and not a single person in this town cares.  I mean, anywhere else in the country, having a top-5 college football team is the toast of the town..and if it\'s a college town and not a city such as the case is with most of the big programs, it\'s the only story in town.  I bet that 99.4 percent of everyone in Gainseville can name at least 3 Gators, same goes for Lincoln, NE...Blacksburg, VA...wherever there\'s a big program.  Boston?  Maybe 1 in 8 people can name an Eagle, and if you take out Matt Ryan, make that 1 out of 15.  I mean I went to a BC game last week and I can still only name Matt Ryan and the RB Andre Callendar.  It\'s unreal.  BC might run the table and play for the championship, and nobody here would have any idea.
