if you get up there early on saturday, i highly recommend checking out cheese traders for amazing deals on cabot cheese, killer wine selections, and the best overstock organic food deals you\'ll ever find.  i adore that place.

I have a little snivel too BUT I am currently taking multi-vitamins, Zinc, Vitamin C, Echinacea, Probiotics, and total immune booster AND repeating the mantra "I am in perfect radiant health!" and not smoking any headies.

So I will deffinintely be 100%  by friday!!!!!!!

You can cut all that down to just a good multi and LOTS of zinc, plus a shit load of water and be just as well off...while saving a ton of money! And...no need to give up the headies. Good luck and good health!!!

Any recommendations for the afternoon after the show, stuff to do that\'s cheap and entertaining in Burlington?

I\'m tryin\'a make this look something like a vacation. In my mind, that is.

if you haven\'t been up and down church street yet, def check that out. magic hat and vt pub are excellent choices. heading down to the lake (north beach) would be cool, but it might be kinda cold, i dont know what the weather is like over there. the mountains are at least a 45 minute drive away, but hiking is always a good choice.
when in doubt, you can cruise the 4h babes or throw stuff off the bridge...

If it\'s nice weather out, and you feel like doing an easy hike, I highly recomend going out to Lone Rock Point. It is a really chill spot with some pretty high cliffs that provide a ser view of Lake Champliane and The Adirondacks on the other side of the lake. It\'s a great spot to "do a jay" and catch the sunset. Just walk to the end of North Beach and follow the path into the woods.
