So does ANYONE know of a kickin spot in Burlington for Foungoulish Pregaming? i.e. reasonably close to the venue, with a big selection of good beers on tap and good food served??

might as well hit up the magic hat brewery during the day to get things going. then yeah, i like the vermont pub and brewery as well. very reasonably priced, but wouldn\'t say the beer or food are the best i\'ve ever had...

sorry if i\'m a little slow... but what\'s the theme this year?

I don\'t really care for Magic Hat too much and the only reason I mentioned the brewery was because it\'s easy to find, decent beers and it probably won\'t be totally packed. We didn\'t try any of the food there. If we\'re up there early enough, which I\'m pretty sure we will be, I\'d def. like to go to the Ice House.

just booked my room at the windjammer!!!  I can\'t wait for this

Windjammer = best hotey in the area for parties... right next door, & they even have Green Mtn. coffee & warm, oven-baked cookies in the lobby when you get there :)  More romantic places (for the couples) = the doubletree down the street... great suites & hottubs :banlove:  See ya in Burly-ton! :D

Actually the theme is who can look the most like Mike Gordon.

So what is the probability of the Phish-album cover at this point. Sorry if I\'ve missed the beef of this rumor, but if someone could break it down for me.....................

If true, this would be absolutely epic. Down with any nay-sayers, TB is the only 4-piece that could pull off a Phish album. And Phish (in their prime) is still the best this scene has had.

Either the band decided to put the rumor out there to get people in the door or they are really doing it.

I\'d say 95% chance of it actually happening.

I know one thing for sure though....

There is going to be ALOT of anticipation and electricity in the air when the band takes the stage for that second set at HG.

I\'m getting a nervous feeling in my stomach and considering a drive out there by myself. School ends at 3pm on Friday and I could just hit the road to do it right. Motel it Friday night and arrive in Burlington late afternoon Saturday. :chin:

i am nervous about this show. if a phish set is played, i feel like the guys need to nail it. i\'m just scared of a set full of fuck ups that recieves hideously harsh criticism. either way, i\'m sure i\'ll have the time of my life, but phish kids get so pissed about trey fucking up, imagine when a band tries to pull a phish in brlington and can\'t hack. aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!
i\'m pretty excited
