Check out the STS9 PA set. The Bays as Zuke said are pretty rad. They\'re the New Deal of Europe and in protest to record companies release all of their material for free download off their website.  Definetly check out the Adam Deitch Project!

I am curious about STS9 considering I have not ever seen them......and they played and I think sold out 2 or 3 nights at Red Rocks last year.........

The schedule has not been released yet, but from what I understand Friday should be the best night of the festival.  I\'m pretty sure we are going to see \'Hallucinogen in Dub\' and \'THE BAYS\' on Friday night.  It will truly be a unique concert experience.  If you can make it for Friday night, you WILL have your mind blown!

That is an insult to the Bays.  They are about 1,000x better than the New Deal...it\'s like comparing Steely Dan to Joe Walsh.

yeah because the guys in the Disco Biscuits or play "fake" instruments?   I think you should redefine your definition of what an instrument (other than old cockandballs) is.

The Bays, you\'ll find, are really quite different from The Same Deal, so you should definitely check it out.  While they are both mostly influenced by electronic music and they both "jam," the bays truly put an emphasis on improvisation...not only do they not have a record deal...they don\'t have songs..they don\'t even rehearse...they just get up there every once in a while and play an awesome set
