From some thread....."the solar beach stage is available all weekend to all residents who have a beach parking permit or want to buy one for the day. it is located at the west beach section of the park and will be open until about 8pm. but there is no entrance to the main part of the festival on thursday if you don\'t buy a weekend camping pass and pay the extra $20 thursday "early entry" fee. ""ok, from what i was told: there is a "parking permit" sticker for the beach that residents can buy. bridgeport or connecticut? that i don\'t know. OR you can pay to park in that area if you\'re from anywhere and want to pay to get into that section of the park. how much does it cost? that i don\'t know either. this is all i know about that "
Article from the CT Post today:Quote For the duration of the event, the west side of the park and beach will be restricted to city residents with beach stickers. Fencing for the concert and parking areas will start to be erected next week. On the west side, there will be 858 paved parking spots for city residents. No day passes for non-residents will be issued for the duration of the Vibes.

Basically, if this stage is in that part of the park that parking is only open to city residents, my guess is everyone\'s best bet would be to park in the ghetto and troop it.
