What about another Melting of the Minds Tour? Seth and Tim just tearing shit up! IMO two of the best young guitarists out there!

I thinkit would be cool to have Jen Durkin front the Band in an all night tribute to Funk.

But bill the band under some mysterious name (ie. Grateful Dead = Warlocks).

Like Bacon and Eggs or something like that. :)

Well I am trying to go to PB at mexicalli. I got all excited about the BYOB but was just told Beer and Wine only. I wanted to get a bottle of Patron or Kettle One.

As far as Bomb Squad is concerned I would love to go. It is soo close to me but we shall see if I have the money. Killer lineup that night as well

A440
Scarecrow Collection
Bomb Squad

should be a pretty good show

Allright I would have to say Lets get Derek trucks up there, Karl denson would bring alot, and how about bringing back Bluntman and Chronic, from 4/20 a few years ago.

The Seth Yac/ PB alternating sets tour was freaking sick.  I love the idea of alternating sets.  Realistically I would like to see PB do alternating sets with :

TEA LEAF GREEN - lead guitarist Josh Clark is almost on a level with Tim, and TLG, who is from San Fran, could really help PB get new fans out west while PB would help TLG get new fans in the Northeast.  Both bands are of the same hard-rocking jammed out, guitar heavy genre.

EKOOSIK HOOKAH - lead guitarist Steve Sweeny is a freaking alien.  Should be called Electric Hookah - Sweeny can just go nuts on guitar.

DEREK TRUCKS - clearly DT is the defacto leader of ABB.  You go to ABB see DT - not Gregg and Warren.  Anyone who\'s seen the Allmans recently knows that Derek just takes over the whole show.

ULU - a killer, high-energy jazz funk outfit from NYC, would compliment PB well in an alternating set format.

DT is the man plan and simple. I prefer to see him with his own band.. He just tears it up.. I just saw him a few weeks ago for the 4th time and was blown away..

Warren + Psych is good
Karl Denson + Psych is good
any NMAS + psych is good
Robert Randolph + psych is good
Medeski + psych is good

(these are all great bands to open for, or better, to have open for you.)

A lot of people felt that this jam was weak. IMO, on tape it sounds allright, but I can understand, BB isn\'t the type of guy who likes to get into the groove of things. He just wanted them to be his sort of back up band, his plane for solo-ing over, thats not what phish is...

If Chuck Garvey(moe.) ever sat in with PB, I think I\'d shit my pants.

Just thinking about Tim and Chuck going back and forth trying to outdo one another blows my mind.
