Just tried a Tae Bo video alongside a blasting Real Radio.

Good combo.

The tunes definitely help during the tough kicks and punches and some of Adrian\'s beats matchup in synch with the punches.

By the way, Real Radio is a great album (in case anyone has forgotten).
