This was a tough one. The 11 catches are one thing, but Branch really earned the award with four catches for big yards on the Pats\' first drive of the second half, which defined the rest of the game in showing that the Eagles defense was wearing down. Harrison had a great game, but I wouldn\'t give it to him since his picks didn\'t result directly in points. Branch had a bigger impact on the final result. Of course, Mike Vrabel deserves consideration for a TD and a sack, and you can also argue Brady, despite his fumble. He didn\'t lead a game-winning drive in the final seconds or throw for 350, but he didn\'t have to. Other than his fumble, he was as efficient as always. And I\'m serious in suggesting Owens, who was far-and-away the most valuable to his team since they wouldn\'t have been in it at all if not for him.
Overall, I think Branch was the right choice.
