I am splitting the tracks and converting some old 2001 shows that matt just gave me. He said you should have the source info for them, so i was wondering if i could get them from you so i can type up the text files and trade the shows. I have 4/7, 4/10, 4/14, 4/19, 4/21, and 10/20 all from 2001.

chris -

i checked out those shows. none of them were recorded by me. they were all recorded by josh/the band... source info would be Audio Technica AT822 > Sony D8.

there is a possibility that some may be soundboards, but you\'d be able to tell... otherwise, stick with the info from above.

Thanks Dave. They are definately all Audio Technica AT822 > Sony D8. I am getting the rest of the untracked 2001 shows next weekend, so i may need some more help if i get anything taped with different equipment.

I just tracked out out the first three shows and noticed that the setlists on pb.com were wrong for all of them. do you think that was just a coinidence, or are all of the setlists from that far back probably a little off?

are they completely wrong, or just a little? it\'s possible that they\'re a little off, as most of those were posted by tim from what he had written, and a lot of times there\'s extra stuff thrown in during the show...

Thank you Chris for noticing the details.  I agree with Dave.  From what I see, Tim and the band write a set list on paper.   They then play the show and many times they deviate from the original set list as the show unfolds.    Tim posts the set list sometimes days later and he probably goes by the set list written on paper and forgets the changes.
It might be helpful if you forward the updated set to tim, since it is important to archive the correct set list; but in reality i would rather have Tim tweaking out a new song than sitting on the computer updating  set lists from 2001.

Tim usually tries to write in the additions along with teases after the show and after alot of "other" things...I\'m sure there is alot he forgets

Thats understandable, however i would think tim would not forget a song like \'in the flesh\' was played, but he probably added the setlists several days after the show.
