Typing from my new living room. Loving it! 70 degrees and sunny today. Spent yesterday at the free Zoo...Living the dream.  Just hoping the Breakfast offers a truce to this incredible city.

Sounds like your first experience down there is much better than the one had by Clark Griswold.

That sucks... I was planning a nice three day road trip up to San Francisco Friday then over to Nevada Saturday then drive back to OC on Sunday. I guess it will be just Nevada. (Besides the two local shows SD & LA)

Hmm, looks like you\'ll be getting your 4-day run (lucky guy!).

joe~ check out riddle\'s penultimate wine bar & cafe in the loop. its across the street (basically) from the tivoli. i loved that place when i was out there. still have a pint glass from my last night in st louis. they even bought a bottle of black label bushmills for my parting gift. there\'s another place i really liked, but it wasn\'t in the loop, it was in the more arty section (who\'s name i\'m spacing). it was a house-like structure with a wild paint job and a huge, great patio out back. across the street from a straight up biker bar, if i remember correctly... also, if you ever head south to festus/crystal city, there\'s a great burger place at the stoplight. might even be called stoplight burgers...

Joe, check out Cicero\'s.  I had a life-changing beer there during a Breakfast show.  Too bad the life changing experience of the night had nothing to do with the Breakfast show itself!

for reference, cicero\'s is across from blueberry hill, on the other end of the block (same side of street) as riddle\'s...

It\'ll actually be 5 days for me. There\'s a Cubensis show Tuesday night, then Breakfast Wedneday -> Satursday.
