So much better than what the Tony Hawk series has degenerated to. Getting a group together and mobbing an area pulling totally insane tricks w/ no way to actually hurt yourself is pretty damn fun.

Yeah. It is alot of fun. You actually have to take the real physics into account or you just end up breaking bones.

Yeah alot of them are annoying. I do not even bother with alot of games now and play the select 9 and 10\'s (8+ if it\'s a franchise I like) that do come out.

I\'ve been playing the Tony Hawk series since the first, so I\'m def interested but this is only on next gen systems so I\'ll have to wait awhile.  Will prob buy a 360 sometime in \'08

The only acception to this is Nintendo 64 Golden Eye (007) and Mario Kart. Those 4 player games are awesome. Since then I\'ve only played the Time Crisis shooting games and Grand Theft Autos.

Leith,
You never told me or Al Z anything about your Dogtown past.  I knew you were a surfer, though.  :sick?:
I also wanted to mention that Basic Pizza @10th Avenue & J Street in San Diego is the best pizza I have ever had.  I think New-Haven style is my favorite.  The best at Basic is the red pie w/ mozz & mashed potatoes.  Everytime I go to San Diego, I am stopping off at Basic.  Couldn\'t find your thread on Basic & I am eager to blog about it right now.

Speaking of skating, I should whip up a fingerboard skate video for Youtube.

I came up with the idea while landing 360 flip tailslides on my stapler at work this morning.

For someone on the internet as much as you, you suck at using simple search engines. :P
