I live not even 5 minutes from the Chevrolet Theater. I\'m thinking I might be at the Wallingford show, definitely for the lot scene.

Someone told me the other day that Jimmy Herring was going to be playing with WP. Is this true, or malarchy? I might actually go see them if that were the case.

Jimmy is in... at least for the Fall Tour.... no confirmation on whether or not it is permanent yet.

I have seen him play a few times, but never really took notice of how good he is... have been listening to some of his stuf, and man, the dude can shred.  I can\'t wait to hear him play with WP... should take things to a whole new level.  Will really be the first time they have had a guitar player that can really "jam"... Houser was great... he can never be replaced, and will always be my favorite, but his sound was very subtle compared to what Jimmy has the potential to bring.  My attraction / love for WP has always centered around the rythm section (drums, percussion, BASS) and JB.

Although, IMO, he had made giant strides from when he started 4 years ago, McConnell was always a bit too Heavy Metal - Honkeytonk for my tastes.

Jimmy\'s one of the best.

I guess I will go see them in that case. I have only seen them once, in Burlington, years and years ago. I guess a second chance is in order.

I think I am going to give Panic another shot now with JH, who is def one of my favs.  I am trying to hit up one of the NYC shows or Boston.  It figures the first time Panic plays CT in years, I\'ll be in Brahlington for the Biscuits.
