Matt, excellent to see the band on here asking what we would like, but I\'m with others here who have said "play what feels right to you". After all, when pb first started, it wasn\'t as a request from all of us that the music went the way it did.  And don\'t stress too much on the vocals - as leith has said, if that\'s the only thing which comes up for discussion, then you are all doing something right! My issue with vocals is perhaps wrong cover choices, not the voices themselves.

And as for chilling out a bit at shows, did anyone ever complain when Jerry took off into a 25 minute Dark Star or FZ played Black Napkins? I think not. I love the idea of human rhythms - it doesn\'t have to be face-melting 300bpm all the time - a gentle sinous jam can reel us in just as well as a mental all-out shredfest.

balls to the wall in your face mind melting insanity (i.e. space oddity from daniel st) is definitely not all they are capable of (see mayfly from utica).

Fine examples. These jams are already approaching legendary status and this is with Matt being with the band, how long, a month or two?

Keep it up! :)

I am pretty sure all I need to ask of this band is to not stop playing anytime soon and it will all turn out sounding exactly as I hope

GBFBITS>Space Oddity>Rufus will go down as one of the greatest segues they have ever played. Some of the most incredible jamming I have ever heard. FROM ANYONE! Then to get even more ridiculous they open the next set with HB>HLH>HB>HLH>Scheme. They were def. trying to knock people out with that shit!
