the Daniel Street thread might be a little more evidence.

nothing is 100% confirmed but it looks to be very close to it.

lets say 95%.

usually when it hits Crescendo, a deposit has been received.

I know that Daniel Street has been wanting the band back there. They also gave us a weekend spot, which is nice.

I\'ve mentally turned the corner today. I\'m looking forward to seeing the last five setlists/hearing the downloads, seeing off Ron in a positive light, and then hearing what this change will bring. Tim and Adrian are so goddamn good. Matt is very good and has pushed experimentation. My worries are fading. I\'m expecting something fresh and explosive come the new year.

I\'m thinking about the last few times I\'ve seen the band. In Chicago I remember actually saying that Ron didn\'t look into it without any knowledge of this. Madison he stepped up but still seemed distant. FF9 there was a moment where Tim held his arms up and stared at Ron to do the same after Ron told Tim onstage he didn\'t know what to do with a jam (anyone remember what I\'m talking about more specifically?) and the whole scene seemed a bit awkward. I remember Ron bouncing immediately after the show too with a tag of permanent exit in his demeanor. Things are changing for a reason. It\'s not god, it\'s people. This month is going to be strangely exciting. January even more so.
The crickets and the rust-beetles scuttled among the nettles of the sagethicket. "Vamanos amigos," he whispered, and threw the busted leather flintscraw over the loose weave of the saddlecock. And they rode on in the friscalating dusklight.  --Eli Cash
