ok, i just got back from the hospital because i fainted while hosting a group of interns out of my company on a tour at the us capitol building today. i can blame this on 1 or both of the 2: didn\'t drink enough water, was wearing the most expensive painful high heels i own. IT IS REALLY HOT OUT, PLEASE DRINK A LOT OF WATER, YOU DON\'T WANT TO FAINT AT THE CAPITOL BUILDING IT IS REALLY REALLY EMBARASSING.

it is 96 degrees out right now and with the heat index it feels like 104. please drink lots of water, stay indoors, blah blah blah

why were you wearing heady high heels on a tour of the Capitol building?

gencs, i had to look good i was representing the company i work for. plus, some of these interns are really hot. the shoes were painful, but i think this had to do with me not drinking enough water/not eating enough early on in the day. either way, from now on, no more marc jacobs shoes
