The lion\'s den needs the 4 bands that play every night, or they wouldnt stay in business, they take a big chunk out of every ticket sold, thats why they have 4 bands, THey dont even care about the bands. The other bands arent really openers, but other shows. They count on the 4 previous bands to bring their 25+ friends for each time slot, Thats why theres a lot of crap openers there, the bands could suck, as long as they bring 25 teenie boppers then the LD doesnt care. The Knitting Factory main room was the bomb, Tobacco Road was the bomb, The Weltands was the bomb, The lions den blows nutts,

I say Knitting Factory Main room should be there home, but what the hey

We all prefer The Knit....but its been tough lining up our schedule with The Knit avails.  We should get back there soon.
