Bands throughout history have cancelled shows before. I will be at the Electric Company hangin with Zee for his birthday friday night and maybe i can talk him into a bigger offer for that night.  More money means cancelled show in Ohio!!! Would that get me entrance onto the B\'fast lot???

I like to treat my guests to some of the best hospitality possible!!! You guys are always great to me when i venture to the CT,VT,and Mass. So just returning the favor. so what do you think. utica in the middle of the run instead of ohio??? Zee always oputs on a hell of a party and the crowd is always rockin. They had ronnies last show there so they know how to handle the "BIG" shows. Or even beardslee castle for the halloween campout? Like at Jordan\'s last gig?? Killer place for a halloween run!!!

get it at utica and charge alittle more at the door to make up for the extra you have to pay the band

sounds great to me if you can pull it off.  I am sure everyone who was posted in this thread would prefer EC with a higher than normal cover (hell its halloween) to Ohio.  Lets find out what the bid from them was, figure in a door number. and go one dollar higher. Power to the people!

i like this guy.

oh, but for the record, i did hear a rumor about the EC already being booked for halloween.  however i was kind of hoping that show was on 11/1 so i could be lazy and not leave work early friday.  however a 1-2 punch and the weekend in utica would be stellar.  for me. :)

another thing the band should really take into account is that in addition to the snub/kick in the nuts factor being through the roof, breaking up the run like that is definitely going to have a harsh negative impact on turnout for the NE shows. I really don\'t see myself going to noho, then twiddling my thumbs on halloween night or going all the way home, then driving up to b-town on the first.

Fans in one city plotting to outbid other cities and rewrite the band\'s tour schedule...

I LOVE IT!

We get killer message board fodder and more money for the band!  It\'s a win-win!  Well, except if you live in a city that loses their bid.  But hey, you knew what you were signing up for when you chose to move to Oberlin, OH.  I mean, you could have moved to Toledo for a whale of a time, but nooooooooooooo.

I have already texted Zee to give him the heads up that the B\'fast army is coming strong and we want his venue!!! like i sadi before bands have cancelled before and so have venues. I can be a persistent son of a bitch also. How do you think i got the boys to headline three years at sterling!!! nagging persistence!! And if that doesn\'t work i will beg like a little girl.

Already a show at the EC for Halloween.
It\'s not the drinking
Of the suds you partake
It\'s more the clinking
And the toast that you make

how bout this, since none of the noobs in bumfuck ohio even know who the breakfast is or what they sound like we pay some bullshit imposters half of what they paid us, keep the other half, and play wherever is clever for the normal admission price?

too bad phil isnt bfast management anymore. He was tight with Randi (owner of beardslee) maybe he could still pull something off.

i also heard a rumor that the breakfast was banned from beardslee because of some douchebaggery by campers the last time they were there.
