No permission was given. We showed up around the start of it and he captured it.  Very informal taping.  I\'m going to call him tomorrow If I can dig up his number.  I\'m also working on getting a copy of one of the best shows that no one recorded from another friend.  You will all be floored if he still has it and wants to share it with the Breakfast world.

As far as I know...basic video from the crowd= no problem. Pro-video, ie: on stage, multi camera, etc. has to be approved by the band

The venue itself may limit the use of video though, without the prior authorization of the band.

I know it is last minute but I just noticed the PDF flyers list the address on the East side

This Boat leaves from the World Yacht Marina on 41st and the West Side Hwy.

it is Definitely 41st And West Side departure. And the Boat is the Cabaret

I am already at work. Switched shifts so I could make the boat on time. I have my taping EQ and Batteries are all charged.

I am really looking forward to this show. Friends are driving down from Upstate. lots O fun tonight!!
