Hey guitarists.

Does anyone know if Tim\'s Tele is an American? Because I am buying a Tele at the begining of the summer, and I wanted a rosewood fretboard, but they don\'t make standard Tele\'s with rosewood fretboards, only maple. I can do with maple, something different, but I will hopefully fine a standard with rosewood somewhere, because I sure cannot afford an American. It seems as tho Fender only puts rosewood on American Tele\'s (custom stuff nonwithstanding). What\'dyethink?

my answer would sat to look into buying an american tele used.  you can usually find decent guitars in the want-ad.  you can find 2-3 year old guitars rather cheap.
I\'m not, not licking toads. . . .
