Author Topic: Well no Vegoose or Bfast this time around after all (Read 7715 times)

I just got a gig dropped in my lap that will make me miss the upcoming Bfast shows and Vegoose.
However they are giving me a floor pkg of 8 movers (4 spots and 4 washes) plus some strobes to play with and it will pay enough that I will not have to work for the rest of the year and most likely get me back east for a combo TLG/Bfast NYE run!!

I am the LD for an alternative rock band called Story of the Year for their upcoming tour.
We will be @ Toad\'s on 10/21 if anyone wants to stop by and say hello.

Yeah but now instead of seeing them @ home here in SD, I am now kind of forced to come out for NYE or a Turkey Run perhaps?

When did you move to South Dakota? If anything, I thought you would move to the town of Leith, North Dakota. Sorry, but you are the worst driver. You get up so close to the cars on the highway. Whenever someone does that to me, I slam on my brakes. Now that you\'re in South Dakota, there won\'t be too many cars on the road for you to do that to. And you won\'t be needing to do this :finger: anymore to every car that passes you.

I shudder at the idea of a Breakfast / Tea Leaf Spleen combo show

especially if Breakfast plays the role of opener!

You are truly just not thinking then. Seeing as TLG DOES have a bigger fanbase and a fanbase that is beginning to travel in larger groups for longer times. It would only help The Breakfast to be exposed to more people in bigger venues that they do not play in.

Besides last I heard the guys liked playing w/ each other.

Oh and this thread had nothing to do w/ TLG so good job on that one.

I want to go see the screamo bands. That\'s my favorite kind of music. You would know that if you ever bother coming out my way & viewing my record collection. Then I could show you what real music is. Not that boring Tea Leith Green crap. It\'s such a downer. If they did a show at South Coast Plaza I might go, but only if they were giving away gift bags.
