I noticed The Motet, a fellow Crescendo band, is listed on the roster.  Does this mean the agency has a contact (and thus leverage) with the Bonnaroo people?

Actually, Wolfy, I would love to see the band play Bonnaroo as they derserve to do. I was just venting some unnecessary emotion about something I really didn\'t believe.

Carry on.

If so you would think band members would be bitching to them instead of starting threads here. Ooooff

Screw the Roo...

I mean, don\'t get me wrong, I\'d love Breakfast to be on the lineup. But they\'d probably get the shaft on some side stage with a 40 minute set.

Breakfast at All Good.. now that\'s what I wanna see. (mostly cuz I\'ll actually be there)

Unless they have changed the way they do things there are no "side" stages.

They have the main stage, 2nd stage and then they have like 5 "sheds". the Sheds are bigger then any venue the bfast has played. they fit several thousand people each and are covered. they are a nice escape from the elements and are hug. The very small tents are usually for stand up comics and things like thta

Fuck Bonnaroo. Smaller festivals get you more of a one on one. There are some many bands and spun out people at Bonnaroo that you can\'t remember what you saw, why you came and how you got there.

i went in 2002, i will never go back. Its not the music, its moreso that the majority of people who were there, werent there for the music. Yea, the walk, the heat, the SHIT, it all gets to you, but it was fun and an experience, eventhough many factors seem to work against that.

oh come now Jordan.
I am sure your energy can be better directed @ getting on the phone and discussing the reasons the band is not on the initial lineup for the \'Roo or if there is a possibility of it w/ your MANAGEMENT.
Like maybe your booking agency or anyone that could DO SOMETHING about it instead of talking shit to me.
It just looks sad for a member of the band to come and START a thread whining about how they got dissed again. :sigh:

You would know the feeling wouldn\'t you Wah?
No I just think that since you all think this website is searched by players in the music industry so much, do you not think it looks bad for a band member to be posting crybaby shit like this thread?
All they have that I can see is a bunch of people jocking them and not challenging them to be a BETTER BAND overall, not just better musicians.
