Dear Breakfast + Sequoia
« on: December 10, 2008, 02:01:13 pm »
I\'m sorry I missed Daniel Street. I was feeling under the weather and it just wasn\'t happening.

However I just listened to the show and finished doing so about 10 minutes ago. Do you realize? I think you must realize. Jordan+TheBreakfast = PeanutButter+Jelly

PB is great but twice as tasty with the J. Matt O was great in his own right its so F\'in clear nobody can fill Jordan\'s shoes here. Don\'t even wanna get started on Stoops cuz that\'s not what I\'m trying to do here..

Whatever the analogy may be, I\'m sure you already know.

Fairfield = count me in
Albany = count me in
Southbridge = count me in
NYE = count me in

Jordan please stay. I will rage Breakfast shows as hard as ever. Please give the fans some heads up whenever you can.

IMO, tim, adrian, jordan and chris is the most solid lineup in the bands history, no doubt about it.

its funny cause before rumors of matt bailing even began to circulate I thought and said to a  few people that dman and jordan woulda been a sweet combo. something about their styles just fits well together.

daniel street and Mid east are both very good shows.  There is somewhat of a slightly slowed down tempo to all the songs and jams with jordo in the mix. It is not necessarily a bad thing but I think it will pick up a little energy wise as they play more shows together and jordo get s back in the groove even more.  But one thing that is back is the really short but sweet jams of old. type 2 crazyness is there too. just another evolution. pb and J! keep raging it.

I don\'t know when I\'ve ever gone so insane hearing someone sing.

Me too. When the Chase kicked in at the Middle East I just about lost it when he started singing. One of the best concert moments ever, for me. I got chills. Pretty cool. No pun intended.

No disrespect to Chris but I disagree that bold statemet.  I feel the original band was the best lineup.  Maybe that is because the original band played 1000+ shows and Tim, Adrian, Jordan and Chris have played 3. But lets not forget how good Ron really was either. If you forgot, listen to 9/4/04.
